The Placencia Village Council PVC would like to extend a BIG THANK YOU to everyone that made the Placencia Christmas Market a success!
To all the volunteers who helped at the bar, you guys ROCK, to Marlena Godfrey for helping with the activities for the kids, to Karl Lovell for donating his time for the Christmas Karaoke and the Christmas movie, to Jahneli Leslie for hosting the ornament decorating activities, to Buba Wuba's Grill & Smoke Shack for orchestrating the much loved Christmas Boat Parade, to Therese Westby for donating tables, to John Galimore and his crew for pouring their time and love into all the decorations, to the Placencia Police for keeping our event safe, to Hot Off the Press for capturing the weekend, to all the entertainers, to all the sponsors, to our dedicated crew, to all the vendors and to all the attendees….THANK YOU!
The weekend was a success. Events like this bring our community closer together and also welcome others to come see what Placencia is all about!

🎄🎅🛥️Today is the day, the annual Placencia Christmas Boat Parade is happening‼️🎄🎅🛥️

We will be opening up at 1 today, come enjoy some holiday cheer.

The boats will be departing from Buba Wubas around 5:30. We will pass behind M&M Hardware and out to the lagoon ending at the town pier.

Santa will be joining us and will be at the town pier.

Come join in the holiday fun!

We’re getting excited for this year’s Placencia Christmas Boat Parade, happening this Sunday, December 7th.

We will be opening up at 1, come on down and see the boats get decorated and enjoy some holiday cheer. The boats will leave Buba Wuba’s at 5:30.

We still have t-shirts and men’s tank tops available, supplies are limited so be sure to get yours.
