Dear friends, family, and beloved Letto’s guests,

We deeply regret to inform you that we will be shutting our “doors” on June 1st 2025. Closing Letto’s Bar and Restaurant will be one of the hardest things I will have to do—second only to the closure of Food Republic. To face this moment again is deeply emotional, and while the decision wasn’t made lightly, it wasn’t due to a lack of passion. Rather, it’s a step toward new paths and opportunities.

The memories made under this palapa will stay with me as well as the staff forever. The laughter, the celebrations, the quiet moments over a good meal, and most of all, the incredible people who made it all worthwhile. Taco Tuesdays, karaoke nights and piñatas parties will live with me for a long time. You weren’t just customers; you became part of our story, and we became part of yours. We are sad and it will be an emotional week!

I’m sad, yes—but also overwhelmed with gratitude. Here’s to the next chapter, and to all the beautiful moments we’ve shared.
