This past weekend, we had the pleasure of catering to two corporate offices in celebration of Mother’s Day. We prepared Triple berry pancakes with a homemade berry compote , apple preserves , pork maple sausage , farmhouse eggs , herb roasted potatoes , fresh cheese danishes and individual fruit selections .
