This one is quite simple and was actually the first time anyone ever ordered it off the bar menu.
I used a chilled 5oz cocktail glass.
In a shaker with ice
50ml Vodka
Equal parts OJ & sweetened Pineapple juice
Shake (I like to bruise so that a layer of ice forms on the surface when surved), strain then I added a few drops of Raspberry liquor just for the fun of it.
I sliced the starfruit paper thin, layed them in there carefully and served it up. As simple as it gets!

This was my first endeavor with Dragonfruit, and I must say I had a blast! The texture and flavor is amazing! I really found it quite easy to work with and ended up selling quit a few of these throughout the evening.
-4-5 cubes fresh Dragonfruit
-45ml fine Tequila
-25ml trilpe-sec of your choice
-80ml pineapple juice
-15ml lime juice
-15ml simple syrup
Garnish with pineapple leaves a half dragonfruit wheel.
I eventually want to elaborate a little more on this to better glassware, maybe rim work, etc... but for now, I'm happy with it. And with my previous post, the Dragonfruit Mojito as well!

Como de praxe... o primeiro cliente da noite sempre vem pro Gringo's atrás da mesma coisa... O BLOODY MARY DO GRINGO'S! Com uma variedade enorme de ingredientes e temperos, esse drink conhecido internacionalmente não é para qq um... salgado e apimentado, só uma pequena fração da sociedade (uma certa elite eu diria) degusta desta iguaria.
Tipicamente tomada para curar ressacas,é a base de vodka e suco de tomate. Tipicamente é temperada com apenas molho inglês, limão e às vezes pimenta. Eccaaa! ... Tosco demais assim! Ao londo dos meus quase 30 anos de coquetelaria, venho aperfeiçoando minha própria receita para apresentar um drink digno de levar o nome Gringo's!
Então cá está... o GRINGO'S Bloody Mary para quem quiser degustar de um drink impar, e totalmente fora do padrão do que se encontra nos bares de Natal.
