😂 WELL... THAT WASN'T YOUR USUAL QUIZ! 😂

What an afternoon! This week's quiz was a completely different kind of quiz day — and judging by the laughter, we think it went down rather well! 👑

🪑 THE STAND-UP QUIZ!

The questions went around the table, one person at a time. Get it right... stay standing! 💪

Get it wrong...

⬇️ SIT DOWN! 😂

Then we took it one step further with...

🎴 STAND-UP PLAY YOUR CARDS RIGHT!

Taking turns to guess the next card, with one wrong guess meaning...

⬇️ YOU'RE SITTING DOWN!

Let's just say there were a few very confident guesses followed by some very quick sitting! 🤣

🎶 Then came the singing...

We started off beautifully with The Sound of Music...
..and honestly, goodness knows what we finished with! 😂🎤

But the biggest laughs of the afternoon came from our comedian, who had us absolutely in stitches! 🤣

And once again, the absolute winner of the day was the Defibrillator Fund ❤️

Prize money was donated back into the fund, proving once again that our quiz crowd has hearts as big as their competitive streaks! 👏

A special mention to Shelly, who somehow managed to keep track of everything Granny bought at the market! 🛒😂

One thing is guaranteed with this quiz...

You never quite know what you're going to get!

Every week is unpredictable, occasionally chaotic, frequently hilarious...

Think you're brave enough to sing? There's just one problem... you don't get to choose the song! 😈
The Lucky Dip will decide your fate. Choose wisely... or don't. 😂

😂 LIVE COMEDIAN
We're bringing in a comedian to keep you laughing throughout the afternoon/evening. Because raising money for a good cause doesn't mean we can't have a great time doing it!

🎧 GUEST DJ RICHY RICH
And when the comedy and karaoke have finished embarrassing us all, Richy Rich will be keeping the music going!

Plus we've got Music Bingo, a raffle, football cards, fun & games and plenty more ways to get involved.

❤️ And the best bit?

We've already raised an amazing €1,200 of our €2,000 target for the community defibrillator.

That's 60% there! 🎉

Only €800 to go — so let's see if we can give the fund a serious boost on 24th August!
