Hello, we present to you one of our recent projects that should serve faithfully for many years

A customer contacted us and asked us to make an adapter that splits the two streams from one pipe into two separate pipes to allow the duct to be extended with standard pipes of around 100mm diameter. So with this adapter you can increase the distance unlimited.

The system is a Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay VL-50ES2. (Wall recuperator suitable for modern homes with good insulation that require ventilation to remove stagnant air without large heat losses.)

3D printed part with which holes can be drilled in the exact places for subsequent processing of milling. The 3D printed part is inserted with a press into the aluminum one, after which the holes are drilled.

It is printed with PETG plastic which is very strong. It printed in 1 hour and 12 minutes. 🦜
