Enoteca Regional wine is the new project of Hebros Hotel in the Old Town of Plovdiv. Here wine lovers can discover bulgarian taste throught local wines and local grape varieties as Mavrud, Rubin, Melnik 55, Dimiat and Tamianka. The wine selection is driven by the regional specification of each wine and aims to show visitors the unique character of each area.
