The winter seems to be over, it was a great time to brew the summer beers and to try 🍺some of the warmer experiments 👍🏽

This week tested:
The difference between a “picon-bière” containing Picon and Maes pils
&
A “Foda-se” containing 6 malts, coffee, roasted nuts, piri-piri and 2 yeasts

Results;
The picon-bière is a solution to make a basic pilsner into something stronger/tastier and therefore ok.
The “Foda-se” is the result of many tests to create a VERY impressive stout by Joop from Châtillon and worked out even BETTER. it is in our opinion the best stout from the GAUME 👍🏽🍺……..and “probably the best stout in the world” 😃☝🏽might get commercialised as BLACK HEAVEN 🍻cheers you all 🍻
