Process for reserve closing loops.
Reserve loop are always dipped in a special silicone about 1,5 inches from the top.
Minimum for 24 hours.
With the cloth, we remove the excess silicone from the reserve loop.
So to maximize the smoothness of its surface, giving it even less friction passing through the reserve container grommets and the cutter.

When replacing lines or re-lining the main, we put a stabilizer bar track on the slider stops.
This is a 72 stitch.
We can re-line all types of lines starting with 300 vectran and using the original stitching pattern from the manufacturer
