Barcode is your local loungebar with recent music, an ambient party atmosphere, great service and an upgraded menu. This 2013 brings you the likes of all new shakers and cocktails OR if you don't fancy the hangover then sample one of our exclusive mocktails ;) nearly as good as the real thing!! Some of the new cocktails worth giving a shot are the Woo Woo, Mojito Mexican and the Amaretto Sour; all

of which carry the right kind of kick to get your night pumping! Move onto the new Italian Job shaker and you will be buzzing all night long. For the men out there Barcode can offer a wide range of Beers by the bottle, from a Leffe Brun to a Rochefort. We also offer beer by the tap if you like it foamy ;)
For the straight up ladies we offer dry or sweet white wine, red wine or a variety of other aperitifs. Want something heavy? Then have a shot of Goldstrike! We have some good deals and you won't leave here disappointed. Our shisha flavours also vary from Peach to Whiskey to Sex on the Beach and even Mint. Due to the new law we use a shisha with no tobacco and if you prefer it with then you simply have to go outside. So come along and enjoy!! What do you have to lose? In het hart van centrum Leuven heten we je van harte welkom in Masalabar.

In een gezellig, warm interieur ontvangt eigenaar Bal Chhetri jullie graag om jullie te doen genieten van het beste van de oosterse en Belgische wereld. Zijn motto : de klant moet zich thuis voelen in familiesfeer! Genieten van een lekkere cocktail, craft biertje proeven of gewoon een lekker hapje eten, soms moet het niet meer zijn!

Na enkele jaren het Indisch restaurant Masalatop uit te baten in de ’s meiersstraat vond Bal het tijd voor een nieuwe uitdaging. Zijn oog viel op een pand in de Muntstraat dat door zijn oude karakter en mooie ligging zijn horeca hart direct sneller deed slaan en zijn hoofd op ideeën bracht.
