We’re proud to be back at CLUB VISMARKT 🦈

On Friday July 24, Het Depot and Utopia guide you through the broad techno and electro universe with a carefully curated interstellar line-up.

👽 Utopia with Ellen Allien, The Hacker, Goldfox 👽

Ellen Allien is a true matriarch of the Berlin techno underground, carving out her own space as DJ, musician, label manager and creative all-rounder. THE HACKER is a pioneer of the French electroclash movement, finding the perfect harmony between EBM, sci-fi electro and new wave. And of course, your trusted Utopian host Goldfox will be there to tie it all together.

Entrance is free. Space is limited.

This year we’re expanding our horizon to the wild west of Aftrsun Festival. Proud to host the main stage on Saturday August 8 with a finger licking blend of techno and electro featuring MARCEL DETTMANN, Anthony Rother Hybrid Set, Marco Bailey, Steve RedHead, Romain Vincent, Nät and your host Goldfox.

From deep hypnotic techno to electro pressure and timeless machine funk, this one is built for endless summer energy.

A lot is moving in the world of Utopia Leuven🧡

After the completely sold out and wildly chaotic night with Dave Clarke, we are heading into a beautiful summer season. This year we are expanding the legendary CLUB VISMARKT with five Fridays in Stad Leuven instead of three, launching a brand new hosting at the (in)famous Aftrsun Festival, and our next home edition at Het Depot is already locked in for November 14.

All line-ups are confirmed and once again I get to welcome some of my personal heroes and hopefully yours too 😉

CLUB VISMARKT is back! 🐟

We’re excited to return to reclaim our Vismarkt this summer and once again turn the heart of Leuven into a free open-air club.
This year, CLUB VISMARKT grows even bigger - expanding from three to five nights, with two new hosts joining the series alongside a brand-new stage design.

We can’t wait to share what each of them will bring to the square.

Aroh DJ brings his 45Toeren protégé Okima and joins forces with your host Goldfox for a rare back to back to back session rooted in pure selector energy. 🖤

Aroh DJ channels his deep love and knowledge of electronic music into both the smallest booths and the biggest stages. From his Kiosk residency to his role as founder of Kontakt Group and artistic mind behind Listen Festival, he lives and breathes the culture.

Okima is one of the driving forces behind the 96 movement, a sharp selector at BRUZZ and microwave.live and by day a molecular and cellular biologist. Precision meets instinct in every set he plays.

Goldfox is a musical chameleon with over 25 years of record collecting and genre exploring, guided by a deep rooted love for all things 808 driven.

Expect Detroit electro, broken rhythms and the darker side of techno and acid, all blended into one seamless trip through future and history.
