Brouwerij bierbeek presented a workshop on craft beer brewing at the Ruisbroekmolen venue past weekend. A belgian blond ale was brewed at the spot. The attendees got the chance to follow the whole process as well as taste 2 beers and check out the impact of using different yeast strains in the same recipe. Great moment for interaction and knowledge sharing.

As part of the Beer Month in Belgium, Bierbeek Brewery will be giving a home brewing workshop this Sunday at the RuisBroekmolen in Bierbeek! We will brew a Belgium Blond Ale recipe specially developed for the event. People will get the chance to participate and learn all steps involved in brewing your own beer at home, and of course, we'll taste the beer!
The event is from 10:00 to 16:00 @ Ruisbroekmolen, Ruisbroekstraat 18A, Bierbeek, Belgium.
