Some of the highlights of our Brunch.. Homemade cinnamon rolls & Bacon-cheddar scones, top it off with American pancakes, breakfast sausages, scrambled eggs, croissants, yoghurt & fresh fruit and a mimosa to pair with it all.
We have a couple spots available for Mother's day brunch on Sunday May 10th at 10u! We close off all reservations on Thursday so if you want those last spots, be quick and reserve online! ;-)

Sometimes you get inspired to make something for yourself, and it's so damn tasty, that it has to become a menu item 😜

That's the story behind the Flavor Bomb, our latest addition to our signature burger menu. Don't mind the amateur "in the moment" photos, as these were taken impromptu last Sunday night after service, as a response to a question from a fellow chef friend in California, , who asked, ”What's the best recipe that you have on your menu right now or just your favorite dish overall?"
Realizing that I didn't know what I was going to eat that night for dinner, I decided to showcase the latest menu item, which I'm quite proud of, and needed to get some social media love anyway! So here it is:

Signature steak blend burger patty
Brioche bun, fried pickles & fig-onion jam .streetfood
2 slices Comté cheese
Crispy bacon
Tarragon & Truffle Mayo's
House-Pickled red onions

This is packed full of Umami and texture variations, and everything a quality burger should be 🤤🤤🤤

These smiles can only begin to express how incredibly grateful we are for last night 🙏🏼
CARL'S 4 year Anniversary celebration was a smashing success, and we are so thankful for each and every one of you that came out to celebrate with us!!
The outpouring of love and support we felt last night, make all the long hours worth it 🥰

Big thank you to our rockstar barman, .salomez for coming out of retirement to shake and stir things up behind the stick 😜

Also, major props to our DJ's, and .be for absolutely crushing their sets and keeping the vibe on point from start to finish 🙌🏼 So many compliments received from attendees about the music 👍🏼

Another shout out to our photographer extraordinaire, for the gem of a pic above, and all the others that will come soon in another post 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Last, but certainly not least, we would really like to acknowledge all our family, friends, and regular clients, that have helped us get to this point. Without all of YOU, there is no CARL'S. Your support, word of mouth advertising, and limitless positivity for what we do, keeps us pushing forward, despite all the challenges that come with running our businesses. We truly appreciate, and love you all ❤️

On the 28th of February we're celebrating 4 (!!!) years of CARL'S, and we would love to celebrate with all of you! Everyone's invited to come enjoy music, good vibes, free finger food & of course delicious drinks at very reasonable prices 😎

We're very excited to welcome .salomez behind the bar as brand ambassador for Maison Ferrand, think Planteray Rum - Citadelle Gin - Cognac.
While Tineke & Timon mix your drinks behind the bar, DJ's Flavourdrop & .be will be mixing all the hits to keep the party moving 🎛️🎶🔊

As the days go by, we're already experimenting & testing out new recipes for the upcoming new menu. So we would like to highlight one of our favorites from our current menu.
This cocktail was created specifically to enjoy during the cold winter months to give you a warm & fuzzy feeling. Seems like the perfect idea for this weekend ;-)
Ash & Amber, a reflection on what remains after the fire fades. The warmth that stays behind when the flame has gone..
This weekend: only a few spots left for Saturday. Sunday: brunch day (=full) so no dinner!

Today, on the 2nd of January, we don't only celebrate the New Year, but also our 4th anniversary for CARL'S.
So today, we would like to wish everyone a wonderful New year, with delicious food & drinks, full with laughter, joy, happiness & health.
Come say hi this weekend, only tonight we have some goodies to give away (limited stock) and stay tuned for the date of our annual celebration party!

Come say hi tonight and enjoy some food/drinks before we close for the holidays!
Chef Dan's parents are in town from America and since it has been 11 years since we were able to celebrate Christmas together, we'll be closed from tomorrow until December 31st.
Reservations are now closed for New Years Eve but feel free to come have a drink at or after midnight to start your New Year off the right way! :-)
Back open for normal service on the 2nd of January!
