Summer is quietly slipping away, and with it the evenings where you can sit outside with a cocktail in your hand and nowhere to be.

That bright red tandoori? That is food colouring.

It is added purely for looks. We leave it out. What you see on your plate is the marinade, the spices and the fire, nothing more.

Most kitchens buy this in a jar. We don't.

Every sauce starts from base one. Garlic and ginger blended fresh, on the spot, because the jarred paste leaves a chemical aftertaste. Rush the base and the curry will never be right.

It takes longer. That is the point.

Wine has rules. Curry does not.

People always ask us which cocktail goes with which dish. With Indian and Thai food, any of them works. The alcohol helps you digest the curry and balances out the spice.

So order the one you feel like.

New to Indian or Thai food and not sure where to start?

If you have a softer palate, begin with a korma or a chicken tikka masala. On the Thai side, go for the yellow curry or masaman. They are mild, creamy and gentle on the spices, which makes them the perfect introduction to these flavours.

From there, you can go as far as your palate wants to take you. And if you are ever unsure, just ask us. We are happy to guide you.

People kept asking us, why don't you do an Indian menu?
So we said, fine, Indian on Thursdays only.

It went so well that we started adding more and more dishes. Before we knew it, we were doing pizza, pasta, Indian and Thai all at once. Honestly? It was a beautiful mess.

That chaos taught us something important. So we focused, and turned it into what we do best today: Indian and Thai, done properly, under one roof.

Come taste how far it has come.

We were not looking for the busiest street or the flashiest corner. We were just driving, and the moment we came down this road, that was it. The green. The quiet. It simply felt right.

Not everyone believed in what we wanted to build here. We heard the doubts. We heard the questions.
