Meet Emmanuelle Ampe, the talented Brussels-based "nomad chef" who stole the hearts of the jury at Be Cheffe—a prestigious competition celebrating female chefs. With her innovative flair and entrepreneurial spirit, she claimed the title in the Entrepreneur category.

Meet Margot! She’s the founder of Tabloo Margot, a full-service event planning and design agency where she translates stories and dreams of private and corporate clients to unforgettable events. Lucky for us: she’s bringing her magic to a winter sanctuary we can all enjoy: Rolph!

Inspired by the many deer on the property surrounding the iconic ‘s Gravenkasteel, Rolph is named after the famous Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. Especially during this festive season, Rudolph’s spirit of joy and wonder is something that simply cannot be missed!
