Our Story
Ideally situated between Goulet Louise and Bois de la Cambre, the new “Ninety-One” restaurant offers an elegant, contemporary setting. In the kitchen, the Chef, Sébastien Lemmens, offers a modern range of dishes inspired by happy combinations of flavours from home and abroad and totally in phase with this pretty interior decoration. Sébastien’s menu changes every 91 days, with different personal preparations setting the tone for a refreshing, seasonal cuisine that includes: salmon specially smoked in house. To accompany this, we propose wines from all over the world (France, Italy, Portugal, Argentina, Chile) at attractive prices which are served by the glass using a very clever wine dispenser. At the “Ninety-One” Restaurant, all appetites for original foreign flavours are catered for in all the meals served at this new gourmet address in Brussels.
