🎥 Today at Phrenos, we took our video skills to the next level!

We delivered a hands-on training session to colleagues from the EU CAP Network and to our own team, focused on how to create professional, high-impact videos using a tool we all have in our pockets: a smartphone.

Sessions like this help us keep our team aligned with the latest techniques, trends and best practices.

Paul Curtiz led an energetic and highly interactive workshop, giving us concrete methods, creative tips, and practical exercises to boost our video content.

Yesterday, part of the Phrenos team had the pleasure of attending the 2025 Covenant of Mayors Ceremony at the European Parliament! 🇪🇺

As the Secretariat of the , , and initiatives, we were delighted to take part in this event to take care of the social media live coverage and to highlight cities from the Network. This Ceremony brought together mayors, regional leaders, and top EU decision-makers who fostered key discussion around and how cities and regions are leading the way towards a cleaner and more resilient Europe 👏

It’s always a great opportunity to be able to take a step back, go out of the office and to immerse ourselves in what makes these projects so meaningful and inspiring for everyone here at Phrenos. ✨

Since 2021, Phrenos has been in charge of the secretariat and communication activities for the 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮𝘁, an initiative by the European Commission’s Directorate-General for the Environment, rewarding European cities for their commitment to sustainability.

In this context, Phrenos has been:
