Join us on Friday, April 24 for the official release of Oude Geuze Oud Beersel – Reborn, a special anniversary blend celebrating 20 years since the reopening of Oud Beersel.

For this unique beer, two exclusive blends were created:

1. Reborn – Brewers Edition
Blended the day before BCBF 2025, this edition is the result of an exceptional international collaboration. Brewers from Norway, Mexico, Romania, New Zealand, Poland, Australia, Austria, and Chile gathered at Oud Beersel to taste lambics straight from the wooden barrels, carefully select them, and craft one shared blend together.

2. Reborn – Draft Version
For this version, Oud Beersel invited a selection of key horeca partners to collaborate on the blend. Our manager Jeroen proudly represented Billie’s and contributed to the creation of this unique draft edition.

👉 Availability:
The Brewers Edition will be available by the glass on Friday and Saturday.

Friday and Saturday, the new Oude Geuze aged in Cognac barrels is also available by the glass, as well as versions aged in rum and Calvados barrels.

And of course, Gert from Oud Beersel will be joining us, happy to share more about the story behind these special blends.

Last Thursday was something else…

Double tap takeover/meet the brewer with (PT) and (FI), the bar packed wall to wall, inside and outside.
Loud, alive and full of people who get it.
The beers hit hard, in the best way, and the vibe varied all night.
Big thanks to everyone who showed up, and the brewers for bringing the heat.

Billie's Craft Beer Fest

Let’s give back to the community that has given us so much. ❤️🍻

Many of you know the Beer Geeks Facebook group: a huge beer community that started in the Netherlands and quickly found its way to Belgium. We’re incredibly proud to have been part of this community for more than a decade. Over the years, so many of you have supported us, and we’re truly grateful for that.

A few years ago, Beer Geeks launched a fundraiser to fight ALS. Now, we finally have the chance to give something back. We purchased a keg of Rare Bourbon County Brand Stout 2015 at auction. Every euro goes directly to Beer Geeks Beat ALS, supporting the search for a cure for this terrible disease.

This keg is also something truly special, only two kegs were ever filled, and one of them was opened at the brewery in Chicago.

And we’re not stopping there. We’re sharing this with you at Billie’s Craft Beer Fest. Alongside a lineup of 60 international breweries, we’ll be pouring this keg as a special extra on Friday and Saturday, our way of giving back to the people who have supported us all these years.

For the past 12 years, we’ve been trying to create a cozy meeting place for people who love great food, great drinks, and discovering new things. And honestly? We’ve been blessed with the coolest guests ever — people who are so much more than “just guests” to us.

It breaks our hearts 💔 to say this, but we have to cancel the Tap Take Over / Meet the Brewer with Granizo from Chile. Their beers are stranded somewhere in Europe 🚚📦, and despite everyone’s best efforts, they simply won’t arrive in time.
We were truly excited to share these special brews with you 🍺✨ — and we know many of you were looking forward to it too.
But our bar is very much open 🍻, and we’d still love to welcome you for a drink, a chat, and good vibes. Thanks for understanding and for being part of our community ❤️
