Public Service Announcement
We, Wizard Food Company Limited is conducting a recall of the above product which is 'Organic Peanut Bar' and 'Angel Chocolate Bar'. These products are available for sale at superstores in all over the country.
Problems:
The recall is due to the presence of mineral oil in chocolate bar that causes a toxic material and our raw peanut had stocked in our storehouse date had been expired.
To run the chocolate mixing machine it is obvious to use food grade oil. But to make our production cost short, we used mineral oil as a supplement. Unfortunately one or two drops of oil got mixed with chocolate. Thus it made the presence of toxic in chocolate bar which causes food poisoning.
For our poor management, we had been supplied expired product. As a result, we made our product by those spoiled peanut. When the children and young people started to eat our peanut bar they started to feel pain in their stomach and also loose motion. They complained to us about all of this problems about our products.
Possible Solution:
Customer should avoid those products for a few days. We are getting all the peanut and chocolate bar back. Whoever bought should return it to the superstores for full refund. We are going to fire our manager and also some workers whoever directly involved in the production unit. We are changing all the production plan again. After changes in our production plan, the bar will be back with full nutrition facts what we promised earlier.
