We’ve returned to our upscale rum shop theme, which means all our dishes are served in sugar cane biodegradable containers—simple, sustainable, and true to our style - Launched in May 2014, and working hard with local farmers and fishermen in using only "fresh meat and fish", British expats Marc and Sally Egan created Marco Polo Bar & Grill - a fresh take on the traditional Bajan rum shop blending the best of both cultures to offer great food and drink at affordable rum shop prices.
