The Floating Parrot Aruba wishes you all a very happy Valentines Day. Please enjoy this classic drink recipe, The Alabama Slammer

3/4 oz Sloe gin
3/4 oz Southern Comfort
3/4 oz Amaretto liqueur
orange juice
Preparation: Pour Amaretto, sloe gin, and Southern Comfort into glass of ice. Fill with orange juice and stir.

Serve on the rocks in a Collins glass.

With Thanksgiving approaching in a couple of days we here at The Floating Parrot Aruba would like to share a nice Caribbean holiday drink with our friends and followers.

Cuban Punch (Courtesy of the Caribbean Journal)

50 ml. Matusalem Rum
50 ml. Pineapple Juice
50 ml. Orange Juice
Sprite / Seven Up
Grenadine syrup

Pour Matusalem Rum in a tall glass. Add equal parts pineapple and orange juice. Add a splash of Sprite/Seven Up, a few drops of grenadine and mix.
