Ricardo’s restaurant was founded in September 2014 at the Aruba Beach Club resort. When you land on One Happy Island for the first time, you will quickly fall in love with our beautiful island. We have several theme nights throughout the week. Mondays are All-You-Can-Eat BBQ Ribs, Wednesdays All-You-Can-Eat Grouper (locally caught), and Thursdays feature our super-fun Karaoke Dance Party starting at 9pm. Each and every day we have not one, not two, but THREE happy hours from 12-1pm, 4-6pm, and 9-10pm. We know how to keep people happy on One Happy Island! And every happy hour also features live music from local performers for added ambiance.
