Due to the overwhelming response of the loss of Acqua e Vino to you the public , our loyal customers and friends, we have thought of perhaps a fund raiser to enable us to continue trade and keep one of the Wests iconic venues alive..

For 13 years we have never charged any door price for the entertainment on Friday & Saturday Nights. Keeping live music apart of our venue for so many years.. keeping all you entertained one way or another..

Bands don't work for free..

This may be a ludicrous thought , and if so, then so be it ..

If anyone out there has fundraising skills that could help us to re open and keep Acqua e Vino Alive please contact us with suggestions before it is to late and turned into an apartment from what we have heard from the real estate agent.

It is with great sadness that after 13 years of business that Acqua e Vino has to close the doors..
it has been a journey of highs and lows , we have survived tough times and kept going but it has taken its toll on us now and we can no longer afford to stay open..
I want to thank everyone that has been apart of us , amazing customers that have become friends , the fantastic musicians that have been involved with us for so many years and all the staff that have been with us over the years..
From the bottom of my heart I thank you all..
I'm lost for words right now as I can't explain how emotional it is to lose the baby we grew from a sit down wine and cigar venue to one of Melbourne's great live music venues..
