Our SECOND Open Mic Sunday and you guys absolutely showed up!

If you joined us, you already know how good the afternoon was. If you didn’t… where were YOU?!👀

We had an even bigger crowd than our first one, plenty of familiar faces, some new faces and a few new singers brave enough to jump up and give the mic a go.

There was music, there were laughs, there was a whole lot of cheering and of course…

HAPPY HOUR!!!!!

Because really, how good is a $5 pot?! We reckon that’s a pretty good reason to make Sunday your new favourite day of the week.

A massive thank you to everyone who came along, got involved and helped create such a bloody great afternoon. It’s pretty special seeing this event grow from the very first Open Mic into something the community is getting behind.

JESS HAS TRIED IT… NOW IT’S YOUR TURN! 👀

There’s nothing better than a recommendation from someone who has actually sat down and tried it and our lovely Jess is already a fan of the NEW menu!!!

On Friday night, Jess went straight for the TASMANIAN SALMON!!

A LITTLE BITTERSWEET… ❤️

It’s time to give a very special shout out to one of our own, our lovely Denise!!!

Last night marked Denise’s final shift with us in reception. Denise has been a familiar and much LOVED face in our reception every Wednesday and Friday night. From greeting customers with a smile, helping them to their tables, taking bookings and answering questions, Denise has been one of those very special people behind the scenes who helps make sure everything runs smoothly.

Without Denise, our nights just wouldn’t run quite the same.

Denise isn’t one to make a fuss about herself, but we couldn’t let this next chapter go by without giving her the appreciation she deserves.

After finally selling their caravan park unit here in Yarram, Denise and Wattsy will be settling into their home in Sale.

We’re so incredibly happy for them and excited for this next chapter, but there’s no denying it’s a little bittersweet for us too. We’re going to miss seeing Denise’s lovely face in reception, her warm welcomes and all those little things she does that make such a big difference to our customers and our team.

So, if you’ve been greeted by Denise at the Club, make sure you leave her a little message below. We’d love to fill the comments with some Yarram Country Club love and let her know just HOW much she’ll be missed.

Thank you for your kindness, your time, your reliability and for everything you’ve done for our Club. You’ve been such a valued part of the Yarram Country Club family, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the time and care you’ve given us.

THE LADIES OF TABLE 10 ❤️

There’s something pretty special about seeing the same familiar faces around the Club each week.

Every Wednesday night, Narice, Bronwyn, Sally, Julie, Vanessa, Kirsty and Lauren are right where you’ll find them: Table 10. Soda waters in hand, good food on the table and plenty of laughs to go around.
But it’s not just the weekly catch-up. These ladies are always getting behind the Club too buying raffles, supporting our events and doing their bit to give back to the place they enjoy spending their Wednesday nights.
It’s exactly what being part of a local club is all about. Good food, good company, a few laughs and supporting your community along the way.
We’re so lucky to have these ladies as part of our Yarram Country Club community.
