Members, please be advised that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Yanco All Servicemen’s Club Ltd will be held:

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will follow the Extraordinary General Meeting.

BOARD NOMINATIONS ARE NOW OPEN

Nominations are open for the following positions:
• President
• Vice Presidents x2
• Treasurer
• Ordinary Directors x4

📝 Nominations must be placed in the ballot box no later than 6:00pm Monday 28th September 2026.

Nomination forms are available from the bar or office and must be completed in accordance with the Yanco All Servicemen’s Club Articles of Association.

📌 Please note: All financial questions must be submitted in writing to the Office Manager seven (7) days prior to the meeting date.

We encourage all eligible members to take note of the dates and have your nominations and questions submitted within the required timeframes.

🎨🌈 FREE SCHOOL HOLIDAY ART WORKSHOPS! 🌈🎨

We’re excited to announce that we have received a Community Grant through the Collaborative Care Small Grants initiative, allowing us to bring some fantastic FREE creative workshops to our local school-aged children these Spring holidays! 💚

🖌️ ART WORKSHOP – SCHOOL AGED CHILDREN 🖌️
A wonderful opportunity for kids to get creative, have fun and explore their artistic side during the school holidays.

📅 Workshop One: Thursday 1st October – 12:00pm
📅 Workshop Two: Wednesday 7th October – 12:00pm
📍 Main Bar, Yanco Club
