The nights are getting longer, the beers are getting darker, and it’s time to celebrate the Winter Solstice the best way we know how — with good people, good music and a couple of cold ones at Jervis Bay Brewing Co for our Annual Winter Solstice Festival!
Join us on Friday 19th as we celebrate the shortest day — and longest night — of the year with live tunes, cosy vibes, hearty feeds, a drumming workshop, juggling performances and a dark beer tap takeover featuring all the rich, roasty goodness winter was made for. 🔥🍺
Here’s what’s happening:
4pm–6pm — Milk Crate Circus (kids big and small)
5pm–6pm — Swamp n Beats
6:30pm–7pm — Drumming Workshop
7:30pm–9pm — Beatmeisters (2 big sets)

Big news from the legends at — there’s a brand new menu on the go! Don’t stress though, your old favourites are still holding strong.
What’s new? Glad you asked:
• Butter chicken, basmati rice, cream & fenugreek leaves and Naan bread (dead set delicious)
• Potato scallops with chilli cheese dip
• Samosa fritters with tamarind & date sauce 🤤
Safe to say your tastebuds are in for a pretty good time. Swing past, grab a beer, and give them the pleasure they deserve.
PS We threw a burger photo in there because they are so damn good!

You know what pairs surprisingly well with a cold beer? Art. Especially coastal art. Especially coastal art while holding a cold beer.
In conjunction with World Ocean Day 2026, we’re hosting Shoreline — an exhibition celebrating the beauty, stories and occasional weird junk that washes up along our coastline. Opening night kicks off Friday 5 June at Jervis Bay Brewing Co.. Expect great art, good people, tasty food and beers brewed just down the hallway.
Featuring works from three brilliant artists:
🎨 Alison Mackay — a multi-award-winning artist whose latest works turn beach rubbish into thought-provoking art. Think washed-up toys, cans and fishing gear… but make it beautiful. A percentage of her sales will go to Take 3 For The Sea.
📷 Richard Morecroft — yes, that Richard Morecroft. Former TV newsreader, quiz show host and now a talented photographer and painter capturing the incredible details of our coastline from sand to horizon.
🖌️ Randall Sinnamon — local favourite Randall brings the coastline to life with works full of texture, movement and that unmistakable South Coast feeling.
Come have a wander, meet the artists, support local creativity and celebrate the ocean that gives us all an excuse to live here.

With styles as diverse as lagers, hazys, Belgian Blondes and New Zealand IPAs all doing well it’s a great testament to the brew team’s ability to nail diverse beer styles to provide our customers with great beer, no matter your tastes!
