Lemon juice
Sugar syrup
Egg white

For the perfect Spring Party mixer try the Gincello Spring Celebration Cocktail Jug

Serves 6-8

*Ingredients*
250ml Gindu Gincello
500ml Prosecco or Sparkling w**e
300ml Soda
150ml Cloudy apple juice
1 Lemon, thinly sliced
1 Green apple, thinly sliced
A handful of fresh mint
Plenty of ice

Steps
Fill a large jug with lots of ice
Add the fruits then pour in the Gincello & cloudy apple juice
Top with the prosecco & soda just before serving and give it a gentle stir
