We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to take a leading role in our established pub kitchen in Woodburn.
This isn't the usual hospitality roster.
Work four days. Have three days off. Every week.
You'll lead day-to-day kitchen service with an established team of two other qualified chefs, an apprentice and additional casual kitchen staff.
We're looking for someone who:
• Can confidently run a busy service
• Has strong pub, club or restaurant experience
• Can lead and develop a kitchen team
• Takes pride in quality and consistency
• Wants to learn more about costing, ordering, rostering and kitchen management
• Is ready for the next step in their career
Strong senior Chef de Parties who are ready to step up are also encouraged to apply.
Not local? No problem.
We're happy to consider chefs from the Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney or interstate, and short-term accommodation can be provided while the right person gets established in the Northern Rivers.
