Longer days. Cheaper drinks. More reasons to start the afternoon early.

Launching this October long weekend, The Good Hour is our new Saturday + Sunday ritual at Lina.

$5 oysters + gildas.
$8 vermouth.
$12 house w**es.
$12 martinis + Aperol Spritz.

Plus whipped bacalau pintxos, shish*tos, jamón, house-made chorizo and a few more things to keep the table busy.

Good drinks. Good tunes. Good times.

This week we say see you later to our head chef and a big part of Bar Lina from the very beginning.

Chay’s cooking helped shape the menu, the rhythm, and the way this place works. Thoughtful food, big flavour, no fuss. We’re proud of what’s been built together and excited to see where he heads next.

It’s his last week in the kitchen, so if you’ve loved the food, come for a plate, perhaps a glass and show him some love. ❤️
