World Gin Day Cocktails & Canapés!

This is one of the most anticipated days of the year here at the distillery, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Join us and our friends from (FKA South Coast Kimchi Co.) - on Saturday, 13th June for an afternoon of gin cocktails, fantastic food, and good friends.

While we are still tweaking the menu for 2026, below is a reminder of last years World Gin Day:

First Course
Grapefruit Fizz - Sublime Gin with House made Grapefruit and Lemon Myrtle Soda
Chili Chicken Skewers - Chargrilled Chicken Skewers with Chili Crunch Oil

Second Course
Rosemary Gimlet - London Dry Gin with Rosemary Syrup and Lime Juice
Prawn Roll - Prawn in Alabama White Sauce on a toasted Brioche Bun

Third Course
Sublime Cosmo Sour - Sublime Gin Sour with Cranberry Juice
Corn Croquettes - Korean Style Cheesy Corn Crumbed Croquettes

We're only running 2 sessions this year so seats will fill fast – don’t miss this one.

World Gin Day Cocktails & Canapés!

This is one of the most anticipated days of the year here at the distillery, and we can’t wait to share it with you.

Join us and our friends from Yes Yum (FKA South Coast Kimchi Co.) - on Saturday, 13th June for an afternoon of gin cocktails, fantastic food, and good friends.

A brief update from South Coast Distillery:

After a very difficult personal and legal period, and in light of recent customer issues, the distillery will be operating on a reduced basis for a short time while I work through affected matters personally and get things back on track.

For now, regular cellar door trading, Friday bar hours and workshop availability will be paused, and the distillery will operate by prior arrangement or confirmed booking only.

If you have an existing booking, enquiry, gift voucher or order, please email [email protected] and I will respond as quickly as possible.

Thank you for your patience and understanding while I get things back in order.

We are aware that some customers have recently attended South Coast Distillery for booked experiences, or during our advertised trading hours, and found the distillery closed.

This should not have occurred, and we are treating it as a serious matter while we urgently review all affected bookings, customer communications and enquiries.

Some recent emails and enquiries may not yet have been seen, and some attempts to contact us may not yet have received a response. If you have been affected, or have contacted us recently and not received a reply, please email [email protected] with your name, contact number and any relevant details so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
