As the year rolls to an end; we wish to thank everyone we have hosted, everyone we have met and everyone that has followed our journey of a neighbourhood bar, open randomly.

And a huge thank you to our staff; past, present, and the good people that show up at a moments notice when we need a cameo.

DATE NIGHT | SAT 17/01

Pre-dinner drinks from 6pm, dinner served from 7pm.
This is a shared three course dinner with a matched mini martini.

First:
Warm focaccia with good butter.
Burrata, grilled peach, heirloom tomato, basil, green olive, pistachio.
Marinated olives.

Second:
Roasted duck ragu with gnocchetti sardi, gremolata, ricotta salata, fried sage.
Grilled broccolini, almond cream, herbed bread breadcrumbs.
Rocket salad, pear, parmesan, red onion, balsamic vinaigrette.

Third:
Chocolate panna cotta, coffee crunch, banana.
Mini martini, australian vodka, coffee liqueur, drunk honey, espresso.

Welcome Cocktail.
Fresh yuzu gin, lychee liqueur, sakura, lemon, pineapple.

First.
Scallop and Prawn Toast, herb salad, ginger avocado dressing.
Peking Duck Spring Roll, iceberg, hoisin.
Roti with Satay Butter.

Second.
Coconut Braised Beef, peanuts, crispy shallots, toasted coconut.
Crispy Pork with Sticky Sauce, chilli, herbs.
Steamed Rice.
Cucumber Pickle.

Third.
Mango Pudding with pineapple, lychees, coconut jelly.

Twelve months ago today we held our first event at nomad, a boozy afternoon gin party.

Our thought behind our little venue, was to create a space that promoted social connection through food and drink; a neighbourhood bar where community could come together, where hospitality was genuine and not simply a transaction.

We have been fortunate to hosts such wonderful guests and fortunate to work alongside such wonderful people.

Nomad will always be random, random events, random dates, random drinks.

We wish to thank everyone that has visited over the last twelve months and look forward to welcoming new guests in the coming twelve.
