WE'RE HIRING – FRONT OF HOUSE TEAM MEMBERS
The Withcott Hotel is looking for two enthusiastic, reliable and proactive Front of House team members to join our friendly team.
Position 1 – Casual Front of House Team Member
Approx. 10–15 hours per week
Must be available nights and weekends
Great customer service skills and a positive attitude essential
Position 2 – Senior Front of House Team Member
Approx. 34hours per week
Must be available nights and weekends
Previous hospitality experience required
Leadership experience highly regarded
Must hold a current open manual driver's licence and be comfortable driving our courtesy bus
Essential Requirements for Both Positions
✔ Current RSA Certificate
✔ Current RSG Certificate
✔ Reliable, punctual and well-presented
✔ Proactive with the ability to work independently and show initiative
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Ability to remain calm under pressure
✔ Team-focused attitude with a willingness to help where needed
✔ Must be available nights and weekends
