This month, our Lake Illawarra Hotel Community Spotlight shines on true Windang local legend, Bill Young. ✨

Known to many as “Moose,” Bill is a much-loved face in the community and is recognised as a Life Governor at the local surf club, a reflection of his long-standing support and contribution to the area.

Whether he’s popping into Lake Illawarra Hotel to try his luck on the grey horses, enjoy a fresh Carlton Dry, or simply bring a smile to everyone’s face, Bill is always a pleasure to have in the venue.

We’d also like to wish Moose a very happy 79th birthday for the end of this month! 🎉
