Who doesn’t love a good avo on toast?
A smashed avo with a difference, fresh flavours, a little twist on the classic and all the good stuff that makes breakfast worth getting out of bed for.
Sometimes you just can’t go past a classic, and our Avocado on Toast is one of those dishes that never goes out of style.
Add a good coffee on the side and we reckon you’ve got yourself a pretty good breakfast!

Friday coffee? Non-negotiable.
By the time Friday rolls around, we reckon that first coffee is more of a necessity than a choice.
Good thing the coffee machine’s on early, the cups keep coming and we’re certainly not judging if you come back for a second (or third).
We reckon that’s a pretty good way to finish the working week.

A little mid-week catch-up?
There’s always a good excuse to get together, whether it’s breakfast with the family, a coffee after school drop-off or finally finding time to sit down with friends, old and new.
Some mornings you just want a quick coffee, other days it’s nice to sit a little longer, share a few stories and enjoy being around good people. We love seeing a bit of both.
Wednesday is the start of our week, and we always look forward to seeing our regulars, meeting new faces and hearing what everyone’s been up to.
There’s always a friendly face here and something good coming out of the kitchen.
We’re open from 7am today until 4pm, serving meals until 3:30pm.

A little messy, just how we like it.
Golden toasted sourdough, melted cheese, fillings spilling out the sides and a few crumbs left behind. That’s usually a pretty good sign.
At Wild Flour, we like to keep things simple, but we also think a good toastie should be made exactly how you like it.
That’s why we’ve got a build-your-own toastie option. Pick your favourite fillings, add a little extra of what you love and we’ll toast it up for you.
Because sometimes, all you really need is a good toastie, something cold to sip on and a little time to enjoy it.

There’s a little more to your morning coffee than what ends up in the cup.
Locally roasted beans from Dal Mare Coffee Roasters in McLaren Vale, the perfect grind, your favourite milk and a little care in every pour.
And behind the machine? Gordon, K I R R I L Y D E B O O and Holly Wilde . The familiar faces who know your usual order, love a good chat and make sure your coffee comes with a friendly smile.

Sometimes it’s the simple things...

Sourced locally, made with intention, and served without too much fuss.

Locally made sourdough fruit toast, toasted just right, with our house-whipped brown butter with vanilla bean & sea salt, and seasonal fruit compote on the side.

It’s the kind of food we love at Wild Flour. Simple ingredients that taste good, local produce and products where we can, things made in-house, and a little extra care put into what lands on your table.
