Join the Willunga Hotel as a Duty Manager. Lead shifts, oversee gaming operations and deliver outstanding hospitality.

🍺 WE'RE HIRING – DUTY MANAGER 🍺

The Willunga Hotel is looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team for approximately 25–35 hours per week.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can confidently manage hotel operations, lead staff, oversee gaming and bar operations, and deliver outstanding customer service.

To be considered, applicants must hold:
✔ Current SA Responsible Person Badge
✔ Current SA Gaming Manager Accreditation

The successful applicant will be trusted to independently open, operate and close the venue and must be comfortable managing all aspects of hotel operations during their shift.

Previous gaming room experience is highly desirable.

The role includes a mixture of weekday, evening and weekend shifts.

IRISH LAMB STEW
There’s something timeless about a proper lamb stew slowly simmering away. Our traditional Irish-style version is rich, hearty and
full of comforting flavour, with tender pieces of lamb gently braised to create a deeply satisfying bowl of warmth. It’s finished with a
generous duo of creamy potato mash and sweet potato mash, and served alongside mushy peas, cauliflower and carrots for the
perfect balance of rustic comfort and wholesome goodness.

The Six Days of St Patrick.

In old Irish villages, St Patrick’s Day rarely lasted just one day.
Travellers, musicians and storytellers would gather in the local pub, and the celebration would continue for as long as the stories and laughter lasted.

Some said the true spirit of Ireland was found in six things:
good food, good drink, good company, good music, good stories and good cheer.

So this week at the Willunga Hotel, we’re celebrating Six Days of St Patrick — a toast to the traditions of the Irish pub.
