We’ve decided this Friday deserves w**e and the opportunity for puppy cuddles.

Please note, we can’t actually guarantee the puppy cuddles. As Betsy-Lou is taking her apprenticeship in becoming a fat Labrador VERY seriously and currently prefers sleeping to customer service.

Our BAKED goodies arrive by courier each Thursday. Delivery can be anytime from early morning through to early afternoon and, unfortunately, that bit is completely out of my hands!

As soon as the courier lands, I’ll pop up a post and/or send you a text to let you know your goodies are ready for collection.

JUST A REMINDER:
This is a trial while we find our feet and see how it all works. Like anything new, there may be the odd hiccup while we get the process running smoothly, so a little patience and understanding will be very much appreciated.

It’s all about bringing the best of the best gluten-free goodies to the North, while continuing to support small business and giving our little community even more opportunities to shop small and support local.

Lucy Boots Lovers, there’s a new girl in town…

Please welcome Betsy-Lou to the Love Lucy Boots family — Labrador girl, newly appointed W**e Room Dog and, despite having absolutely no relevant experience, Head of Customer Relations.

She comes with impeccable Lucy Boots lineage — the distinguished Sir Archibald has officially been promoted to GrandPuppa, while the ever-questionable Prince the Pirate takes on the role of Great-Uncle.

Her official duties are still being negotiated, but so far include supervising and greeting everyone, accepting pats as payment, investigating anything remotely edible and her current greatest strength, sleeping on the job.

If you find her snoozing during service, please don’t disturb — it’s a tough and exhausting life being so little and fabulous.

And because Betsy-Lou takes her role in Customer Relations very seriously (on the occasions she’s actually awake), she’s introducing a new weekly segment…

Okay folks, good news abounds! We are back in action tomorrow morning - Friday 7.30am. Thanks for your patience, understanding and well wishes.
