I have had a couple of calls lately , from people either interested in buying beer , or asking for sponsorship as a tool to promote the brewery. I just thought that i should point out that this is actually just a homebrew setup , and you will find neither beers for sale or , indeed , large mashtuns and hot liquor tanks.
Should this change in future , be that through a large donation from a mystery benefactor or a win on the pools, you guys will be the first to know. Mind you , if any other local home brewers in Adelaide's north want to get together to swap tips and/or recipes or have a brewday , feel free to leave a message. 8-)

Cascade pale ale always goes down well

Bottled my Red Ale yesterday, should be a ripper ... looking at my next brew now, will be another pale or IPA I should imagine 8-)
