CHEF
We are on the hunt for a Chef or Cook to join our kitchen team.
Key criteria:
Has a passion for the industry and are committed to a successful career in hospitality
Projects a friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude at all times
Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
Possess a creative flair and has superb presentation skills
Thrives under pressure
Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standards
Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
Essential requirements:
Provide high quality meals in a fast paced environment
Multi-task a variety of different tasks
Have initiative in the kitchen
Ability to take direction well from Head Chef and Sous Chef
Ability to prep a variety of dishes
