Hi folks! Coming soon to the next available tap is a little pale ale I whipped up in the heat of the moment (I am, of course, a most passionate and spontaneous kind of brewer). It's a showcase for a couple of brilliant Kiwi hops, Taiheke and Riwaka, bursting with fruits and floral aromas. It's maybe as close as I'm likely to get to doing a full-blown hazy IPA. I've named it Golf Clap, for obvious reasons.

Hi folks! Wet enough for ya? Well enough of the pleasantries; let's get down to beer.
My assistant, Rhys, suggested brewing a kolsch, and while I can't find the umlaut to put on top of the 'o', I certainly found plenty of Hallertau and Strisselspalt hops to put in the beer! It's on tap now, a smooth and subdued psuedo-lager style that's perfect for drinking it when if you are thirsty I'm sorry about this sentence folks I'm out of practice.
