The Wallabadah Pub, (The Marshall Macmahon Hotel) was built in 1867. Wallabadah is a small town in the New England region of New South Wales. It is 55 kilometres south of Tamworth on the New England Highway and has a population of 750. It gained some notoriety when bushranger Captain Thunderbolt robbed the northern mail coach there in the same year.
