Due to the overwhelming number of applications received - far more than we expected - applications for the Front of House Waitstaff position at Palace Hotel Wagin are now officially closed.

We sincerely thank everyone who submitted their resumes and showed interest in joining our team, whether in person or via email.

We apologise for needing to shorten the application period earlier than originally planned.

Cold nights call for proper comfort food.

Our slow braised lamb shank is cooked until fall-apart tender, sitting on creamy mash with roasted carrots, rich red wine jus, lemon-parmesan herb crumb, and pickled shallots.

Or warm up with our Cajun seafood boil — slipper lobster, prawns, mussels, chorizo, seafood sticks, and steamed rice coated in a rich Cajun tomato cream sauce.

These are the kind of dishes that make you slow down for a second when the weather outside is freezing.

Perfect as is…
But if you really want to finish the job properly, add a side of garlic bread to mop up every last bit of sauce on the plate. 🤝
