About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and qualified Boilermakers with experience in alloy or interested in learning and/or Alloy Welders/ Fabricators to join our growing team. With full-time positions available. This is your chance to become a part of a reputable and dynamic company servicing Darwin, rural and remote Northern Territory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Welding and fabrication tasks across commercial, industrial, and marine projects
• Interpreting technical drawings and plans
• Onsite and workshop-based fabrication and repair work
• Adhering to safety standards and procedures
• Working independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Successful Candidates Should Have:
• Experience in aluminium welding/ fabrication
• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings
• High attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Flexibility to work onsite and remotely if required

Required:
• Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade

Desirable:
• White Card
• Forklift Licence

About the Role
Onsite Welding and Fabrications NT (OSW) are seeking a motivated Apprentice Welder/Fabricator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or continue a career in welding and fabrication while gaining hands-on experience across a wide range of projects throughout Darwin and the Northern Territory.

You’ll work alongside experienced tradespeople, learning valuable skills in both workshop and onsite environments while completing a Certificate III in Engineering and Fabrication Trade.

Key Responsibilities
• Assisting with welding and fabrication tasks across commercial, industrial, and marine projects
• Learning to interpret technical drawings and plans
• Supporting workshop-based and onsite fabrication and repair work
• Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Following safety procedures and company standards
• Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines

About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
• Keen to learn and committed to completing an apprenticeship
• Reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
• Interested in welding, fabrication, and working with aluminium
• Able to take direction and work well in a team environment
• Comfortable working in both workshop and onsite conditions

Required / Willing to Obtain
• Enrolled in or willing to undertake Cert III in Engineering and Fabrication Trade
• Construction White Card (or willing to obtain)

Desirable (But Not Essential)
• Previous workshop or trade experience
• Forklift Licence
• Interest in marine or boating industry
