You guys absolutely smashed our cocktail of the week! So of course we had to make a new one for the weekend 🤩

We have used a in house made pineapple and thyme sugar syrup and incorporated Pinot Noir Gin 🤤

This is just as good and refreshing as the last one! 🍹

We have used Bridport Distilling Co. Coastal Gin & Strait Brands Sloe Gin alongside a dash of lemon & topped up with soda water 🍹
