🚨 WE’RE HIRING – CASUAL VENUE MANAGER
📍 Civic Theatre | Townsville
This is NOT your average hospitality role. Approx 10-15 Hours per week
We’re looking for a Casual Venue Manager to join our front-of-house food & beverage operations at the iconic Civic Theatre. From premium Balcony Bar experiences to busy show nights, you’ll be in a team leading the floor and making sure every guest experience runs seamlessly.
✔ Lead pre-show hospitality operations
✔ Manage premium Balcony Bar service
✔ Supervise and support FOH staff
✔ Handle customer service & real-time problem solving
✔ Maintain high service standards
✔ Casual event-based role | Nights & weekends required
