After a lot of thought, I have decided to wind down Townsville Firewood.

The physical workload involved in processing and delivering firewood has become too difficult for me to continue doing on a full-time basis.

I sincerely appreciate everyone who has supported the business, particularly the customers who have ordered from me year after year. Your support has meant a great deal to me, and this has not been an easy decision.

I will complete existing orders, but I will not be taking on further regular orders after Friday 7th August 2026. I may occasionally have small quantities of firewood available for pickup in the future, but this will be limited and irregular rather than an ongoing service.

If anyone is interested in buying the business, please get in touch.

The wood got wet!! Sorry to everyone looking to order this week... I've turned off orders for this week and will check moisture content early next week. Fingers crossed it'll be okay to burn!
