Grilling prawns really brings their sweetness to the front, so we make sure its sauce compliments that perfectly! Tom Yum is a Thai soup base traditionally served with seafood - we’ve turned it into a rich butter for grilling these beautiful NQ Tiger Prawns in, then serve it up with a fresh Asian herb salad, fried capers and crispy curry leaves.
