Finally got around to replacing my breaking cue tip. I put a hard ADR147 green layered tip on. Quick shine up of my brass ferrule and joints and off for some practice

Had a customer that I had only just met wanting to change out his tips. He said that he still had the tips that came with the cue. I would thoroughly recommend that you should always change the tip of a new cue as this is an easy place for big companies to stings out on. The only exception being that if you get a custom cue made from a cue maker and you know what tip they are putting on.
I went and gave the customer a MH Black Kamui tip for his maroon graphite cue and a Century G2 Medium tip for his black graphite cue. A little clean up of his titanium ferrule and he was good to go.
These tips were replaced at last minute and done within 10hrs. I prefer to do these within 24hrs just to let the glues cure fully until I start to work the tip but this one needed to be played on for trials the next day.
Heard he did pretty good and even looked like eddy charlton doing it 🕴️
