We're closed! Sorry, but as of today we have no chef to cook for you, and food seems to be a reasonably important part of any meal.
We didn't want to hire just anybody to keep the doors open - certainly, half of India and Indonesia have applied for the job, but the food wouldn't be what it should - so we're closing for the time being.
We do have some decent candidates to look at further, but that'll take a bit of time - so it remains to be seen if we're CLOSED closed, or just closed for now...watch this space, I guess!

Just a FEW of our Spring-y, flower-y gins!

Akori Cherry Blossom Gin - Barcelona's finest, with delicate sakura flavour.
Archie Rose x Horisumi Spring, hailing from a bit closer to home - Sydney - this collaboration with tarditional Japanese tattoo artist Horisumi features a stunning label, matched by the spirit within.
Juju Plum Blossom Gin - a bit of a break from all the cherry blossom, here's one from a famous Kagoshima shochu producer.
Benizakura 9148 Recipe 0396, from Hokkaido, all the way up the other end of Japan, contains Spring botanicals and even a whole sakura blossom!
Akayane Heart "Haru" - the Spring edition of this limited collaboration gin between Kagoshima makers of shochu and a French liqueur expert, contains Spring elements such as sakura and yuzu, plus saltiness of the sea from kombu.
Hanami Gin from the Netherlands - refers to the traditional cherry blossom viewing parties of Springtime in Japan and flavoured accordingly.
