What pairs with Indian dishes? Definitely a crisp cold beer, but if you’re a red wine lover, a Pinot Noir.

It’s a lighter-bodied red wine smooth and aromatic. It pairs especially well with Indian food because it usually has low to moderate tannins (so it doesn’t clash with spice), a bright acidity, and earthy or fruity flavors that complement smoky and aromatic dishes.
