MEET OUR NEW CHEF – KANOK-ON “NEW” KHONGCHAREN

We’re excited to officially welcome Chef Kanok-On “New” Khongcharoen to the Tieri Bar & Grill family started last August 18, 2026!

Originally from Thailand, Chef New moved to Australia in September 2022 and has built an impressive culinary career in Brisbane, gaining experience in some well-known venues.

Her Culinary Journey:
• 👩‍🍳 Commis Chef – Madame Wu, Brisbane City | 1 year
• 👩‍🍳 Demi Chef de Partie – Supernormal Brisbane, Brisbane City | 1 year
• 👩‍🍳 Senior Chef de Partie – Mr Percival’s, Felons Brewing | 1 year

With experience progressing from Commis Chef to Senior Chef de Partie, New brings valuable skills, knowledge and passion for quality food to our kitchen.

We’re thrilled to have her join our team and look forward to showcasing her talent through the food we serve at Tieri Bar & Grill. 🍽️🔥
